orange/yellow light on dash,NOT CEL, 2003 sti
first off folks, its definitely not the cel light.
but recently, and only a couple of times so far, an orange or yellow light has flickered on my dash when hard accelerating in second. its on the same line as the airbag display when you turn the key, sort of just above the steering wheel. not got a pic as it just flickers.
the only thing i can think of is the intercooler spray being low, but surely it would just be on rather than flicker so fast i cant see what it looks like. im pretty sure its orange..or yellow lol.
please help as i'm paranoid now

I had the same and it turned out to be the I/C light, I was paranoid for a while too.
Topped it up to 3/4 (to avoid the water freezing, tank breaking) and its never happened again.

If it looks like this then its not the standard location for it
if its a smaller one fitted behind one of the rear lights or similar it might be something that was standard on UK cars although i have never seen it

thanks for the replies folks, it was quite low, so i pressed it lots of times and got it lower, and under acceleration it comes on long enough to read it now so i topped it up when i got in from work.
and its in the boot lol
