i need to get some lhd head lights for my 1992 wrx but im finding it imposable out here in germany as they never got the wrx till 1996 would 1996 head lights fit my 1992 ??????,steven

 

I take it you're talking about the MY97-00 more 'rectangular' shaped ones yes?

AFAIK, they're a straight swapover.... BUT... their different shape isn't designed for the MY93-96's bonnet and grille.

The bonnet may catch... it'll certainly look a bit weird. Also the grille may have trouble fitting (the edges might foul the lights, etc.) but you could remedy that by getting hold of a MY97/98 grille, or even better, the more aggressive MY99/00 one (protrudes out in front of the headlights by about an inch).
