Default turbo timer(fitted) ****Live wire location help wanted***

just got this TT just wondering where i plug it into. as pictured...

ok i have been using the search on the forum. i understand i need to plug that into the connector under the steering wheel??

i need an adaptor for this i take it? where would i find such a thing.

Also i have 2 extra wires comming off the TT. 1 for the handbreak and????

Who makes the TT as with Blitz and others you can get a harness that plugs direct into the impreza wiring.

through my own persistance a bit of wire and a festoon bulb i have fitted the turbo timer. (happy days)

trying to fit some LEDs to the door cards for the alarm but cant seem to find a wire that only has power to it when ignition is off.

Any 1 got any ideas as to where i can locate such a wire?
