Default Fuel Leak

Please help i have a 2002 sti have started to smell fuel so had a look , standing in front of car looking down on engine there is a fuel line running from front to back just under the inlet pipe to the turbo under the inlet manifold it looks like there is a small rubber bit of hose joining the two metal ones together , it is leaking on this join . How the hell do i get at it , can i remove the inlet pipe to turbo and will this give me access ,does the inlet manifold have to come off ?? Will the inlet pipe come off and out if i undo all jubilee clips and then turn the inlet pipe trough 90 degrees and pull as there is a raised fitting coming off the inlet pipe inbetween the manifold and turbo preventing a straight pull off ..

Please help

I had a 2001 wrx and that smelt of fuel for the first 5 mins after startup and mine was a split/perrished pipe which i believe your referring to, If it is the same one then i was told you need to remove the intake manifold for access!
