I have noticed that when I park my MY99 + PPP and aircon in the garage water leaks for a while out of the front centre hole of the sump guard. I have tasted this liquid and it seems to be pure water. I assume from this it cannot be oil or radiator based. Will the air con system release water even if it not turned on, or is it just condensation off the hot rad after a run ????

Please help, a little worried.

Yes that is exactly were the air cond condensation dump hose is. Nothing to worry about.
