they are a nice mod

they can overfuel your car and modify the shape of your piston no problem

This is a question I'd also really like some help with. I nearly bought a Prodrive ECU (WRX2003) off ebay a few days ago, and there's another one up now (Prodrive WRX 2002) for £175.

Would this be ready to just plug in and would be ready mapped to suit my 2004 WRX, or would it need to be mapped by someone who knows what they are doing (which wouldn't be me) or would it be a bad idea completely ?

Help.

I believe the ECU would have to be setup to your car
