Inlet manifold

Are these easy to remove? car is a 99 sti V5, anyone got any links to a diy guide?

straight foward to remove, just label everythying up, colour cable ties r handy. dont rellay need a manual tho, but download one. the links in my wrx forged rebuild by mje_wrx in projects
