If you have Top Hat Inner Shims:
Inlets are 0.006~0.008"
Exhausts are 0.008~0.010"

Thats with the heads on and torqued in place and the cam belt on and tensioned.

If the buckets came out and left the shims on top of the spring retainer, you should be ok as there will be little difference between the thickness of the buckets.
If however the shims came out with the buckets, then you will need to refit the shims, buckets, cams and caps and measure the clearance between the bucket and the cam lobe(heel of the lobe) to see where you are clearance wise.
If the clearances are out of spec, you might be able to swap the shims around to get the correct clearances - bear in mind that the clearances may have been out of spec before you mixed the buckets/shims up.
