PPP Downpipe With Sports Cat

Hi,
Can these be bought new? There must be replacement parts as what is one supposed to do when the cat reaches the end of its life?
I am looking to buy one for my 2007 WRX.

IIRC PPP exhaust mods were, year dependant but generally are

WRX PPP does not replace 1st with a Sports Cat, STD Cat left in. Just a 2nd Cat replaced with bypass pipe for & Back Box

STi PPP replaces 1st with a Sports Cat and 2nd Cat replaced with Bypass pipe & Back Box.
