which models have alu boot/hood and adjustable diff?

Hi all, i was wonderin which Scoobys have the above. I thought it was only sti and wrx/ra models, but my v.1 wrx (now owned for a week - marvellous!) has an aluminium boot and adjustable diff.(a dial by h/brake)
