Blue Label Impreza MAF
I have finally found the cause of some problems i have been getting with my 98 Turbo..
The MAF is faulty, does anyone know if i can replace the MAF element with another or do i need to change the whole unit?? i have got an orange label MAF from an STi3 but its a 90mm housing so for obvious reasons thats no good. just if i can swap the element i will do so long as it doesnt cause any problems..
Any help on this would be great..
Oh and if i cant do any of the above does anyone know where i can get a new one?? looked around and they seem to be around the £275 mark and that seems alot??
Cheers
Lee

On MY98 you *can't* replace the element alone
Ther are different ones for sale now and then, with differnet color markings, I don't know if they are scaled deifferently.
On my own car I have a replacement MAF, with diffenerent color marking from OE, but it was mapped at the same time so inconclusive...
