do a search on here for more info.

you can do it yourself and save quite a few quid but it is hard work to do it 'properly'.

- does make a noticeable difference.

You could do witha die grinder really,a drill will take ages. The headers come in a few pieces,so not too hard, just time consuming

The headers are miss matched, when you remove them you will see a soot line. This needs grinding out to the gasket line and as far down as you can get. You also need to do the joints in the direction of flow.

You also need to remove all the heat shields and lugs and then heat wrap
them.

the exhaust port is actually the same size as the header port

it is the gasket that is too big......hence the soot line.
