Default Ecutek and Launch Control JDM STi 03

Hi guys,
Got my car booked in to powerstation to get the stage 3 conversion done in about 2 weeks.

My question is can the Ecutek do launch control? Ive done a little reading on the old interweb and some mention that it is available for the JDM ECU's.. Is this right? and do you think i could get this done with powerstation? just wanted to get some more info before phoning them again and sounding like a total noob! lol

Car is an 03 JDM STi twinscroll

Cheers

I think a phone call is the best option unless you ring ecutek direct and get it from the horse's mouth.

Steve yes they can they mapped it into my car but to be honest you would have to check wether your ecu could accommodate it when they did mine Rich had to make a phone call to check.

Mine is a MY03 and it was not available on mine, so you need to check with the revision of your ECU.

If you have a MY03 JDM Sti the answer is a big YES. Least it is when I map them. (and when I owned one)

No bother, you have a PM about costs etc, they should be able to do it, its only a matter of using a slightly modified rom.

best regards

Bob
