Default nut's for fly wheel !!!

hey was going to fit my new clutch and fly wheel today but just realised that i don't have the bolts to bolt up the fly wheel anyone got any i can have or know what they are so i can get them ??? cheers .

It's highly recommended from a number of sources that you use brand new bolts with the correct locking compound on them.

However, I've used the original bolts before (again with new locking compound though). I guess if you don't have the originals, then it's a local stealer job or get in touch with one of the man engine rebuilders on this site.

You might need to get the correct loctite as well though.

locktight ? never though you would use that tbh but ive never done it befor , ill email the usuall suspects and try my main dealer see what they say .

When you take old brake caliper mounting brackets out or (from the cars I've played with before) the flywheel bolts, there is some blue residual stuff on the bolt threads, that's the loctite.

I think it's more of a belt and braces type thing really, hence why the bolts are recommended as once only use. I prefer to wire lock mine but it means drilling holes in the bolt head faces which can be a pain.

update got them coming from subaru gloucester !! and gues what only 68p each !! lol .
