It could be a few things but probably big end bearing failure from the symptoms you describe, is it rattling all the time getting worse when you rev it? You might get away with a bottom end rebuild if the heads are ok.

Sorry mate but it's fooked.

Don't drive it. You're going to need new crank and new bearings and a new oil modine as a bare minimum i'm afraid.
