Default Turbo Repair/Overhall

While I had my engine out fitting a 2.5 short motor I thought It'd be a good idea to jet wash all the ancillaries including the turbos (Legacy twin turbo).

A few days after it was up and running a screeching noise started coming from one of the turbo's. It's only on idle and disappears as soon as you touch the throttle. I can only assume the jet wash has knackered the bearing. Does this sound possible?

I can't seem to find a replacement (VF33 I think) so I was wondering if it can be repaired and if so what do I need and where do i get the bits?

Cheers
