Default Cambelt Tensioner

Hi, I have 2 of the later cambelt tensioners, one has a part number of
13033AA042 and the other is 13033AA040. They look identicle. Does anyone know the differance and what car they are for ?
Any help appreciated.

Higher pt.no (AA042) supersedes the lower (AA040).
