Default pint of bitter

Ive just poured a pint of dodgy bitter out of my 93 wrx!

....the coolant looks pretty old. It does still smell/feel as though the anti freeze is strong though.
Is this doing serious damage to my engine? Does it need changing as a matter of urgancy or can it wait till the next service?
I had drained this bit out as someone has over-filled it (it was over the mark on the expansion bottle by the wing) and i was shocked by its colour.
The car has no cooling issues.

WTF!!
I would be shocked as well ,in 5 years of owning my 93 wrx my coolant has never gone that colour (looks like something is rusting)
Personally i would get it changed asap.
