Default Any way to reset APEXI ecu back to factor fittings without the commander?>

Mates car would not start so a very well know subaru specialist told him he needed a new ECU, so sold him an autronic and all the various stuff that goes with it

his car is a 97uk

mine is a 97wrx, so i tried his old ecu yesterday in my car and it fired up no problems

it ran like a bag of ****, i do believe this is because he has the smaller maf fitted to his car and also had it mapped for 550 injectors, but it fired up and kinda idled!!!???!!

i don't have a commander or anything at the moment to reset it back to the stock basemap (which is for the larger 90mm maf and my 440 injectors)

looks to me like he has had his pants well and truly pulled down for no reason at all!!
