Friday night i ended up taking the scoob out and giving it a rag about but sat morning when i started her up i had a really uneven idle and the car was shaking quite bad and has been since. I seem to have lost a bit of power too at low revs and is definately not pulling as hard. Temperature was a lot higher on my turbo timer also ( normally sits at around 28 but was up round 32 ) There is quite a strong smell of petrol about too so im a bit worried now and i was hoping to take the car upto trax on sunday.
Any ideas what the problem may be?? Does this sound like MAF sensor gone??

no doesnt sound like map has gone have you checked tha basics spark no fuel leaks, vacumm pipes etc, may by just a faulty plug
