Default Upgrading/Tunning

I'm thinking about sending my Scooby to Scooby Clinic..

to have a performance package 3 installed to take the power to 330bhp..

(Performance Packages: WRX 2001 - 06

* figures based on UK spec vehicle.

Performance Package 1 (approx. 275bhp) Price
3" Stainless Full Exhaust System
£495
K+N Typhoon Cold Air Induction Kit £285
ECU Remap £550
Rolling Road Time £100
TOTAL £1430
PACKAGE DEAL PRICE £1399

Performance Package 2 (approx. 300bhp) Price
Same as Performance Package 1, plus

VF34 Turbo £775
TOTAL £2205
PACKAGE DEAL PRICE £2174

Performance Package 3 (approx. 330bhp) Price
Same as Performance Package 2, plus

Uprated Injectors £440
Uprated Fuel Pump £165
Fuel Reg £2250
TOTAL £3035 )

but will i to have an Uprated Top Mount Intercooler & Front Mount Intercooler ??

and would all these upgrades put any strain on any part of the engine or car??

I just don't want to my scooby too pack up after 1000 miles of adding a performance pack....

any advice is welcome...

front mounted intercooler the way to go but if on budget use a new age sti tmic. save money and do the work your self if you know what you are doing. your engine should be ok because the turbo they giv in pakage 2 is the turbo on the uk spec new age sti's
