Default removing inectors ?

how do you remove the injectors from a my99 uk turbo .got the inlet manifold off and took the little cap off the top of the inectors and there wedged in .i dont want to pull onit to hard as it might brake so anu suggestions as to how to ease them out ?

Going to be doing the same thing myself next weekend so would like to read of any other tips.

Thinking about doing an inlet manifold removal so as to do a paint job as well as fit bigger injectors.

cheers mate will have a crack at getting them ut tonight .removing the inlet is easy mate.alot of breathers to get to but i found it pretty simple.
