sensor on top of dash passenger side?

Default sensor on top of dash passenger side?

it looks like a light sensor its near the windscreen ,passenger side , does anyone know what its for?

What year is that? Late classic.
I was going to say it might be the alarm motion detectors, but prob not on an import.

its the last sti classic my00, been meaning to take a pic of this to post for a while, i'll do it tommorow, its a bit bigger than a 5p anybody else got this?

Has the car got air con. Could be part of the semi automatic control system.
