just looking for some advice to see whether these are a worth wile investment, i have seen cdf racing selling them, how much gain would you expect to see? if it helps i have a 2004 wrx just about to undergo a vf34 turbo upgrade.

 

The only gains you will get, is from them looking nicer that the std rusty items....
