330-340bhp, 1.4-1.5 bar of boost but obviously these targets will require other siginificant mods

fuelling for a start (pump,fuel pressure regulator,injectors)
remappable ecu (Apexi power fc,simtek, esl daughterboard etc).

I would think about changing the td05 16g (it will be at it's limits) to a bigger version of the td05 (18g or 20g) but i would personally speak to someone who maps imprezas to get a better answer.

Clutch and gearbox will be taking a battering as well

Possible engine rebuild as well (forged pistons etc)

See my profile to reach 330bhp.

The gearbox and engine need to be in good working order but expect to shorten the life of most parts.

It's pretty easy to get 330 from a TD05. My 95 RA ran a 333bhp rolling road at a SIDC day out few years back and that was at 1.3 bar with the original slanty intercooler.

It did have big injectors, FPR, ECU and AVC-r fitted at that point along with a rebuilt engine and remap.
