Default CLASSIC SUBARU TURBO FAULT

Hey up lads n lasses,

Got a problem with the turbo on my Impreza Turbo 2000 on a MY99. Just got my car back from a respectable tuner/turbo outlet and when cold it now boosts to 1.5 bar for 2 seconds then the boost go's completely....this is when engine is relatively cold....when completely warm theres no boost at all. They've rebuilt and refitted my turbo, aswell as a new up pipe, they're closed now and am just wantin to see if i can sort it myself if its something or nothing, otherwise i'll give them a call on monday morning. Just to add, it isn't hitting 'fuel cut' (like hittin a brick wall), the boost just go's......any ideas whats causing it please.....???????

I'd check that all the pipes from the boost control solenoid are connected correctly before anything else. One of mine was disconnected after a turbo swap recently and I had stupid levels of boost too until I reconnected it
