does any one no if the heater matrix box on an sti v4 with air-con have 2 motors to open the flaps to blow air onto the screen , footwells at all?? ive got a new matrix box but not sure if there are ment to have motors. i know that sports or anyhting without the air con is cable operated, anyone shed any light in this please

 

The v4 runs of 2 motors servos either side. They are grey in colour. These are removable & then are linked to rods which open & close various flaps.

You could also just swap the rad core?

i would but im fitting air con into my sport that ive converted into an sti i bought a v4 sti heater box but the motors were missing. think il be ringing japperformance in the morning
