STI 5/6 Spark pkugs

Hi, can anyone tell me the number for the spark plugs in a Jap STi 5/6 engine please? I need to get some new ones but if I take the old ones out to check I will not have car available to go and buy new ones

Better off getting some NGK PFR 7B plugs, rather than standard type.
