After removing my turbo yesterday when striping my engine down, i cant help but notice how small the turbo actually is

Yup, its small and struggles over about 320bhp......... then again rolling road figures vary........ You'd be better off with

Bigger Turbo
Injectors
Fuel pump upgrade, maybe FPR
ECU remap
