This pipe surround in red is leaking something when the car is running..its not fuel, smells like brake fluid, what can this be and can this little pipe be replaced?

I guess that pipe is not the part of the control valve as it is screwed on top though. The unit is underneath the idle control valve, or do they come together?

the red pipe looks like a water pipe. can u trace it to see what its connected too. the residue under it look like coolant left behind once water has evaporated. check ur water levels, power steering, clutch, make sure ur not losing massive amounts of fluid from them

Thats a coolant hose mate, takes the feed from the throttle body which in turn takes its feed from a tributie from the header tank. If its leaking at the top of that small hose normally you can snip a bit of and reconnect Job done! Looks like you could do with flushing your coolant system aswell lots of rust residue there!! Make sure you replace with an Alloy suitable coolant.
