Quick question, how do you remove the bumpers from a 1995 WRX Wagon?

As for the front one, I've removed all the plastic fixings from the top of the bumper, but it's still being held on solid by something, but I really can't see! Had a good look underneath etc?

I've not looked at the rear yet, but need to get them both off this week!

Just about to embark on the same mate The front is a pig as I understand it. The rear looks more simple but there are some obstacles in the way of some of the screws which I imagine is a lack of tools on my side
