Default chassis problem

the past week or so ive been slowly stripping my 95 wrx down but had so much problem with the rear hubs connecting parts i.e most of the bolts seized i had nearly finished just the driver side trailing arm to come off when disaster struck. one of the 3 nuts which are welded inside the chassis decided to brake free leaving the bolt rotating ant the trailing arm hanging off. I decided to cut the bolt but now i have no idea on how to get another nut welded inside or how to remount the trailing arm with only two good nuts. its becoming a pain in the ***
cheers craig
