Default One-way vacuum valve

On my 03 STI there is a rubber pipe that comes from the right side (as you look at the engine) of the inlet manifold, then joins a metal pipe across the bulkhead and then goes into another rubber pipe into the servo and provides the servo vacuum. In the first section of rubber pipe there is a on-way valve inside the pipe.

Can these valves be purchased seperatly?
Apart from cutting open the pipe can anyone suggest a method of getting the valve out of the pipe?

Cheers
Steve

Why would you want to take it out? it's there to stop the servo from being pressurised under boost and to hold some vaccum in the servo diaphragm chamber.

Because I have a set of samco hoses, one of which replaces this pipe and I want to get the one-way valve into the new hose.

Cheers
