Default induction kit

is it safe to run a induction kit on a wrx import running it on 99 ron fuel without a remap

No point as it will just suck hot air form your engine bay and probably kill your MAF.

Standard airbox with a decent filter is good for about 300bhp unless you really need a filter due to fitting a FMIC

No it is not, you will need to get your MAF rescaled which means a remap, if you want to get an induction kit I would go for one that fits in the inner wing and not in the engine bay.

I have the APS CAK on mine but I also have an FMIC.

Oh and be prepared for some interesting new noises
