performance manifold for a bug eye

hi guys

I need help , looking for a decent manifold and down or up pipe , so i have been told .

Can anyone tell me where to look ??

Thats not going to cost my arm and leg ,

the gt-spec 3 bolt headers come with an up-pipe as well, 425'ish inc VAT with heat wrap. Sounds quite expensive, but it includes an up-pipe also which is about 60-70 on it's own.
