Mine (uk spec MY99), was running with 3" exhaust, FMIC, VF22 turbo and a boost controller more than happily.
And making over 300bhp.

Just reset the ECU and drive steady for 50 miles to make sure you get the best from it.

"Cope" yes, but to see good gains you will need the car mapped.

As above,it may cope, but after spending all that cash on your motor, and not get the most out of it with a re-map seems daft. You'd be supprised how much power you'd gain from this and a set of larger injectors.

ive got an apexi power fc,blitz boost controller and some 440s to go on as well.i could have the 440s fitted tomorrow but i thought it would run roughly with them in before the remap.the place that are mapping it for me cant fit me in until july so thats why i wanted to know if it would be ok.

You could use your boost controller to set the boost at a low level which should see you're ok till July.

What TD05, the standard one from a pre-97 UK Spec??
Expect about 320-330 at the crank, I guess.

It is very unwise to run an FMIC on boost without a remap regardless of what anybody else says so get it mapped before you start running it on boost but if you have injectors or anything else to fit get that done and you only need one remap because you cannot change injectors without a remap either.
