Default What is this please?

While fiddling about today I came across a loose hose running from sort of regulator by a fuel rail. Is anyone able to please help me as to where this hose goes.

Cheers

As above, you should see a take off on the elbow part of the inlet manifold runner in your pic.

There are three vacuum connections on the top of the manifold. One of them connects to a small metallic pipe that is in front of the FPR. Had the same problem (and a horrendous fuel consumption). The routing is a bit convoluted so what i did was blow through the pipes till i found the one that had no resistance and then i blew some water through it to locate the hard pipe that is near the FPR.

Hope that helps.
