I have on my car standard uk heads, which are limiting my torque/power levels. Is there alot of work to be done to these heads to convert them to Sti spec, other than cams, so I can have better flow and 8000rpm rev limit.

The reason Im looking at this option is V3 Sti heads are like rocking horse poo

Yes it would be quite a lot of work as you would need shims, buckets, retainers and valves.
