Engine the same as the new impreza.I know the hawkeye has the same turbo as the new shape impreza, a vf43 . The reason I ask is the new shape impreza has 300 bhp as standard whilst the hawkeye has 276. Also I went to my local subaru dealership the other day and the salesman told me that a more powerful STI impreza with extras is due later this year using the same 2.5 litre engine! is there any info on this new model.
