got all bolts out of blok that i can see how can i split blok or have i missed something?

 

Check my project thread - 'budget rebuild'. Basically, use a bottle or scissor jack to crack the two halves. If there is any resistance to this, there's a bolt still in there somewhere. From memory, you've got two one side and four the other, all going through the water jacket. There are three on the front LH pinning it together, 5 backbone bolts along the top, one little one on the underside, two big ones at the RH rear on the outside of the casing, one little one at the bottom of the bellhousing. Think that's it!
