Default BOV Problem

Hi guys

My brother is currently fitting a Blitz BOV to his GC8,

it is all plumbed in where the original was and the Vaccum is coming off of the inlet manifold

The problem is that it doesnt "Dump" until approx 4k revs it is plumbed in on the larger Vaccum connection

If you rev the car in neutral it doesnt dump unless rev'd very hard

Do you guys think that the spring may be too hard ??? he bought it second hand so is unsure what spring was in it to start with

cheers

Jim
