can anybody please show me any pics under the bonnet that illustrates which is the return line as im fitting my fuel pressure regulator tommorrow morning and its either one of two thicker lines.

If you look at the two thicker lines one will go to the fuel filter which is on the suspension turret, this is the feed line.

 

it needs to be on the return line so which ones the return?

 

This is from memory, but you have three pipes, two are fairly large on the top and one small underneath. The smallest one is the charcoal canister vent line. The middle one which is ever so slightly the largest is the fuel return. The top one which is the medium size pipe is the fuel feed from the filter.
