Does anyone know if this suspension has to be "refurbished" after a period of time?

Going to look at a car which has these fitted (Tein Super Street) and just wondered if it's something that will ever need to be done?

contact tein in uk. I think they are based in milton keynes...they provide a fast and effecient overhaul service if and when needed.

when i bought mine I looked into this and was told it could be re-gassed in the future. Don't know what the expected life expectancy is though - depends on driving style and prevailing road conditions I expect. Let us know what Tein say

Thanks for your mail.

This is a question that I cannot accurately answer as we see
dampers with problems within 6 months and some that run fine for
15 years.

No doubt if you speak to forum members, the range of answers will
be similar.

All I can be confident of is that we sell them with a 1 year
warranty.

Providing the kit is fitted by a Tein dealer, you will have that
assurance for one year.

We can overhaul them if anything does go wrong, and this is
essentially what your warranty covers, providing the installation
is correct.

Best discussing this with a dealer who offers a range of brands
on a large scale for a good balanced view.
