remove air filter / maf and undo coolant header tank securing bolts to allow access to injectors.
undo pipe on the end of fuel rail to allow fuel to drain (otherwise it ends up in the cylinder when you remove the first injector).
remove top cap of first injector, and unplug it electrically.
rotate injector so the plug end is over bolt hole (this breaks the seal of rubber to rail of however many years they have been fotted) and use a screwdriver to prize the injector u[ and out of the rail.
grease the orings of the new injector (preferably new orings)
insert squarly in the rail and push until it slots into position (may need an extension bar or large screwdriver pushing on it to get it to push home), don't ind it in on the bolts/cap as the cap may crack or the injector not push home correctly... fit the cap.
same for the others..
once fitted if you have no fuel pressure gauge you have no way of knowing if the bottom oring has sealed properly.. caution as if it leaks fuel into the bore you may hydraulic lock the engine.
