Angry Still got issues

I have a 95 WRX wagon and If i use 1/4-1/3 throttle my car drives fine, but if i use any more then it boosts hard, stutters and boost seems to drop and just doesnt have any power. It feels as if the engine is doing the right thing but the turbo is'nt. I gave it a full service today with new fuel filter and new plugs. Coil packs arent cracked.

If you hold the fuel feed pipe when the engine is at idle you can feel it pulsing. Is this normal? Wondering if the fuel pump is knackered or the FPR possibly? I've also checked for fault codes which there are none. Can the MAF be knackered and still not throw on the CEL? OR the boost solenoid jammed/knackered? actuator knackered?

I'm stumped!
Please HELP!

With regards to the MAF let the engine tick over and then unplug the maf connector and the engine should cut out that means all is ok with regards to the boost solenoid remove it and give it a good blast with carb cleaner along with the boost pipes.
