porting headers and heads!!

porting headers and heads!!
Can anyone give me advise last weekend i ported my headers on inspection of the heads i noticed that where i ported the headers the heads could be done the same can anyone advise me if this can be done seeing that one of the ports on each side goes 90' degrees angle if it can be done how and how easy

Not worth it mate..
As long as there is no step against the flow, which if you've ported headers correctly there shouldn't be (ie taken them back to the soot rings).
Also, doing this without heads off/stripped is not advisable due to the risk of swarf getting where it shouldn't..
Last thing, keeping the diameter of headers small helps turbo spooling, so basically all you're trying to achieve is remove any steps/restrictions in the direction of flow (ie small to large= good & large to small=bad)..
If you haven't done it yet the mouth of the turbo up-pipe is worth opening out, although same applies if doing in situ, you need to prevent and swarf getting through to turbo (stuff with a rag and ensure you clean out anything left behind).

Headers are easy to take off, hardest bit is getting the heat shields off. if porting the headers then remember to do the joints as well, so the slow is a smooth as poss.
Another thing to do is to wrap them.
