hi guys first post on here, just after a little advice.
ive just purchased a 2003 sti ppp 31000 miles with fssh, chuffed.
this is my 5th impreza after a 01 wrx ppp, 01 wrx, 02 sti, and the bain of my life a p1 which spent more time being fixed than on the road.
the new one is immaculate and i love it, but, the standard prodrive back box doesnt do a great deal for me. i would love a deeper more rumbling noise.
what can you guys recommend to me as far as back boxs go. i dont want to do a remap just keep it as standard as pos for now but need more noise. if i fit a hks ssqv will that affect at all and would it need remap.
basically what can i do to get more noise without affecting the standard ppp to much

There's loads of opinion and advice re this if you use the search facility. Favoured options are Ninja / Vortex/ NUR spec. How much noise do you and your neighbours want?

Alright mate i got a hks 4.5 " back box i'm looking for a prodrive 1 to replace it fancy doing a deal?

cheers for the replys, im really looking to keep the prodrive one to be honest, so it can be put back to standard when im done with it. i am interested in buying the hks off you though, let me know how much.
ive seen a tsl firestorm??
whats the thoughts on that one please.
also i want the wrc squark noise from a dump vv is the hks ssqv a good option there. does a wrx one fit the sti the same
