Symptoms of boost solenoid failure?
Can someone explain in idiot terms the likelyhood and symptoms of an OE 2 port boost solenoid failure please?

i would imagine you would only get spring pressure from the turbo, say about 6-8psi. Whats actually happening though???

Yeah as above, if your BCS fails you will only boost to your wastegate spring pressure
