fitting new pipe as above, and in having trouble removing what i think is the lamba sensor.
does it unplug. wires
tried to turn it out and i think i broke it, its stuck, until i get a better spanner.
can i cut the wires and rewire them on them on the new one.??

this happened to me on my03 wrx, the damn think snapped and i had to cut wires and fitted a new non subaru lambda (37 quid), works fine

on a wrx 53 there are connectors up by the gearbox if your on about the down pipe

 

what year car is this?
