Knocking from the rear pass wheel
Hi I recently bought a MY05 WRX saloon, it appears to have developed a knocking noise when I dive slowly, now its not anymore apparent when I brake or turn however I do here it when i reverse on to my drive as i have to drive up a slight bump (about 1 inch high) I changes the Wheels for aftermarket 1's when i got the car as it needed new tyres anyway and i wanted to stretch up to 18". When i did i noticed that the rear passenger brake had cessed, I have noe replaced the Discs & Pads, they seem to be working fine but the knocking hasn't gone
Please anyone have further ideas
Do a search m8, THE most common problem on newage Imprezas is knocking rear suspension. Usually cause by either the top mount or lack of lubrication to the strut.
Easy fix under warranty (which mine were done twice) Otherwise it's time to get your hand in your pocket
